Lenchita's Commercial Kitchen is a tribute to a family-owned Mexican restaurant that has been a mainstay in Pacoima, CA for generations. The legacy of home cooking and welcoming hospitality lives on as the founder's grandson, a teacher and chef, brings his passion to the community by creating a space where culinary creatives can connect, learn and grow their businesses.
The starting point
Lenchita's Commercial Kitchen's visual identity is inspired by the rich history and people of Pacoima, CA. To honor the family's traditions, we integrated warm and familiar shades of red and blue into the logo, evoking the original family restaurant logo. The mark also incorporates patterns, textures and motifs to express creativity, community and heritage.
